family

Family is at the heart of who Victoria is. Growing up on her family’s Century Farm in Oconto County, she learned early the values of hard work, passion, and dedication. When her family moved to the Oregon/Brooklyn area in first grade, she lived by those same values.

As the oldest of four siblings, Victoria naturally stepped into a leadership role from a young age. Her siblings have taught her patience, empathy, and the importance of celebrating each other’s unique paths. She loves spending time with them, sharing in their interests, and watching them grow into their own people.

Victoria also feels incredibly fortunate to have close relationships with her parents and step-parents — and to live near them all. Her dad and step-mom reside just outside of Brooklyn, while her mom and step-dad live in Fitchburg with her.

She also has her fluffy family — her dog Harley, the best companion she could ever ask for. Harley was her constant sidekick through the work-from-home days and continues to bring joy and laughter. Victoria also loves spending time with the family dogs, Oscar and Bruno, a yellow and black lab who are always up for an adventure (or a good nap).

fun

When she’s not working or volunteering, Victoria stays busy doing the things that keep her grounded, inspired, and connected to her community. A lifelong athlete and coach, volleyball has always played a big role in her life. She keeps herself active by playing in a local league weekly, and playing pick-up at the local gym.

Victoria also enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring all that Wisconsin has to offer. Whether it’s biking, spending a summer afternoon at the lake, or visiting local parks and trails around Fitchburg, she loves staying active and appreciating the beauty of her surroundings.

Victoria has also been blessed to have experienced a wide-variety of different sports in her youth. She competed in go-kart racing at Badger Kart Club for many years in her adolescence. She also started competing in Bullseye Pistol Shooting when she was 12 - a sport she has continued to participate in with her dad, and has won the Wisconsin High Woman Pistol Championship for the past 6 years in a row, both in indoor and outdoor competitions.

When it’s time to unwind, she enjoys trying new restaurants, supporting local small businesses, and spending quality time with friends, family. For Victoria, life outside of work is all about balance—staying active, giving back, and finding joy in the people and places that make Wisconsin home.
